Ocala, Florida, USA – January 28, 2022 – After an impressive first week of competition, horses and riders found another level for the second week of the Hits Ocala Winter Circuit, the Ocala January Festival. Many of the week’s winners are already preparing for the Great American $500,000 Grand Prix on Sunday, March 27.

Genevieve Munson went back-to-back by claiming Friday’s $25,000 SmartPak Grand Prix. Riding Zonderling, Munson was the only of nine who could complete the short course cleanly, doing so in a time of 43.729 seconds for top honrs.

Second place was claimed by Devin Ryan (USA) on Hangover, registering 2 penalty-points in 49.974 seconds while  Rowan Willis (AUS) and Conlando 55 rounded out the top three with 4 penalty-points, crossing the finish line in 43.045 seconds.
