Kent Farrington & Myla Battle Amongst Titans for Podium Finish at Wellington

Wellington, Florida, USA โ€“ January 23, 2025 โ€“ A Clash of Titans! That is the perfect description of the the $62,500 Adequanยฎ  WEF Challenge Cup Round III CSI 4* on Thursday during the third week of the Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF) at Wellington International. Peter Grantโ€™s (CAN) course determined the winners of the class run in a winning round format, with the top 12 returning for the jump-off.

Kent Farrington (USA) & Myla 

Among other Olympians including Kent Farrington (USA), Irelandโ€™s Darragh Kenny (IRL) and Egyptian Nayel Nassar (EGY), Von Eckermann had the fastest clear round, earning him the opportunity to jump off last.

By a nose, Von Eckermann stopped the clock over the short course in 36.13 seconds to pip Farringtonโ€™s leading time of 36.18 seconds aboard Myla, owned by Haity McNerney.
