Vejer de La Frontera, Spain – February 12, 2022 – Lucas Porter (USA) climbed onto the podium of the lovely grass Hickstead arena here last Saturday at Montenmedio. This time, it was to celebrate a third-place finish with ‘E Clinton’, in yet another important Longines Ranking class.
Porter (USA) powered towards bronze honors in the 1.45m challenge, guiding Sleepy P Ranch’s 13-year-old bay Dutch Warmblood gelding (Clinton x Koja) towards two penalty-free performances, the decisive one in 41.47 seconds during the tiebreaker.
