Sarasota, Myakka City, Florida – January 27, 2022 – Kelli Cruciotti-Vanderveen (USA) teamed up with Isabella van de Zuuthoeve to claim top honors in the first FEI class of the week, the ESI Footing Power & Speed CSI 2*on Thursday during the Split Rock Jumping Tour‘s Sarasota CSI 2*.
The American and the 8-year-old Belgian Warmblood mare (Thunder van de Zuuthoeve x Camilla de Ninive) advanced to and completed the second section of the 1.35 challenge without having any penalties attributed to them, tripping the final timers in 28.60 seconds.
Rebecca Conway (USA) and Jersey Girl finished second, being less than two tenths of a second slower while Alberto Michan (ISR) and Firewall rounded out the top three in 29.67 seconds.
