Wellington , Florida, USA – November 16, 2021 – Her string consisted of a promising group of high performance prospects, all under the age of eight and hand-selected to meet the Dalman Show Jumping brand.
By summer’s end, the horses, with Dalman in the irons, had begun to fulfill their promise, and Dalman Show Jumping returns south for the 2022 Winter Equestrian Festival with arguably its deepest ever string of show jumping talent.
Dalman Show Jumping’s Elite Girl (Elvis ter Putte—Stutbuch) stamped herself as a talent to watch with her Reserve Championship in the USHJA 7-Year-Old National Championship in Traverse City, MI.
By season’s end, the mare debuted at the 1.40m height and is unquestionably a Grand Prix prospect as she heads into her 8-year-old year.

Drake (2013 Dulf van den Bisschop x Caretino 2) was a newcomer to Dalman Show Jumping last fall, but the talented gelding is now the veteran among his stablemates. The striking bay gelding stepped up to the international level in 2021, jumping his first CSI2* $100,000 Grand Prix at the Split Rock Jumping Tour’s Columbus International in October.
Haitie (2012 Cayado 3 x Cassini II) joined Dalman Show Jumping in June but quickly connected with Dalman, and their partnership has seemingly gone from strength to strength. The pair earned multiple CSI3* placings in Traverse City, including a top 10 finish in the CSI3* $36,600 FEI Welcome Stake at TCHS Fall.
The impeccably bred Iowa W (2013 Cornet Obolensky x Quidam de Revel) made his international debut in CSI2* competition at the CSI5*/CSI2* ArenaMend Classic, where he earned a podium placing.
The youngest of the group, Kilimanjaro (Quasimodo vd Molendreef x Carosso VDL) did not let her older stablemates dim her light. An exciting horse for the future, the stylish mare impressed with her remarkable consistency, producing clear rounds nearly every time she entered the show ring. “Keke” finished fifth overall in the USHJA 6-Year-Old National Championship.
“Dalman Show Jumping had an exciting summer full of great results and memorable milestones for our young horses,” Dalman said. “Our patience with this group of prospects has really paid off, and I could not be more excited about what they can do in the upcoming winter season and beyond.”
Over the course of the last two decades, Dalman has seemingly done it all, from running a large-scale boarding and training operation, to establishing herself as a sought-after agent for horse sales, to scouting and developing high performance prospects. Those experiences continue to aid her as she has pursued the international show jumping circuit with her team. Along the way, she continues to offer select training opportunities for aspiring riders while always looking out for her next developmental or sales project.
Ahead of the 2022 season, Dalman is proud to welcome Barclay B back to Dalman Show Jumping. The Dutch Warmblood gelding, imported by Dalman nine years ago, was sold and went on to a successful career in the Amateur-Owner and Open Jumper divisions. He will be the mount of Javan Dalman for the upcoming Winter Equestrian Festival.
“In Wellington, the opportunities are endless,” Dalman said. “Things are really coming full circle, and I’m looking forward to what’s next for our team.”
