
Lexington, Kentucky, USA – November 09, 2021 – The Show Jumping Hall of Fame (SJHF) held its 2021 East Conference Championship at the National Horse Show in Lexington, KY on November 6 and also recognized the two East Conference winners of the 2021 Show Jumping Hall of Fame Jumper Classic Series.
The Show Jumping Hall of Fame conducts the Show Jumping Hall of Fame Jumper Classic Series to provide an opportunity for amateur, amateur-owner and junior riders to compete at higher levels. The Series hosts separate divisions for amateur/amateur-owners and juniors in two Conferences – East and West – and follows Grand Prix rules and specifications. The Series serves as a proving ground for many who aspire to represent the United States in international competition. 2021 Show Jumping Hall of Fame Jumper Classic Series East Conference Winners
Emerging as the East Conference Amateur Champion was Vanessa Hood of Wellington, FL on her horse, Lou Lou VLS. Hood, trained by Kent Farrington, also placed second in the standings on her horse, Santauer.
Taking top honors in the East Conference Junior Division was Zayna Rizvi of Wellington, FL on her horse, Excellent. Rizvi, trained by Missy Clark and North Run, also placed fifth in the standings on Chaplin W. Finishing second was Grace Debney of Hampden, MA on Boheme de la Roque.

The National Horse Show is a championship event featuring “AA”-rated hunters, open jumpers, junior/amateur jumpers, and the ASPCA Alfred B. Maclay Finals. It is held in the Alltech Arena at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, KY.
