We had some challenging competition, including in our Leadline Class sponsored by Sara Shier Photography with a record number of entries. We can’t wait to see you again this week for the LA June Classic (June 2-6) at LA Equestrian Center and then back at Hansen Dam Horse Park next month for the Hollywood Classic (July 8-11).

Congratulations to 19-year-old Amelia Enzminger (USA) and her Growing Grey trained by Katherine Ginzton on their victory in the Memorial Day Classic Grand Prix! This pair successfully navigated a technical track designed by Anderson Lima of Brazil, securing the win with a jump-off time of 40.722 seconds.
“It was my first grand prix win and I was super excited about that,” she said. “I got this horse in February. It’s a new partnership and we have built a great bond together.”
Amelia enjoyed the course and the footing. “The course asked some good questions and I felt very confident because the footing was great,” she added. “When you trust the footing, you trust the venue, you trust your horse, and all of those things come together that’s when you can have a really speedy round.” In second place was Lena Van Duzer (USA) and Leyla H and rounding out third place was Katelyn Edwards aboard Escapado S.
