Harrisburg, Pennsylvania – October 16, 2026 – Earning a Welcome win on Thursday evening were JJ Torano (USA) and Dora du Valon. The two topped a field of 37 entries to take the victory in the $20,000 Kosloske Family 1.30m Welcome.

Torano and the 13-year-old Selle Français mare, owned by JET Show Stables, were the final of six entries to jump off in what came down to a thrilling finish. Just before Torano entered the ring, Caitlin Boyle (USA) and Tahiti van’t Klavertje Vier, owned by Beyaert Farm Inc., blazed through the timers in 25.905 seconds.

Boyle’s round looked like it could easily hold up for the win, but Torano shaved off just enough time to take over the win in 25.120 seconds. Third place on 26.037 seconds went to Augusta Iwasaki (USA) and Fee des Hermines, owned by Crooked Willow Farms.
