Thermal, California – March 12, 2026 – Kyle King (USA) was back on the podium at Desert International Horse Park on Thursday, March 12, riding $63,000 Balmoral Welcome CSI 4* 1.50m at Desert Circuit 10, presented by KASK & Vogel.

Thirteen horses from the original field of 41 returned to the Grand Prix Stadium to jump off over the course designed by Peter Grant (CAN) with Kyle King (USA) and Kayenne Z earning silver honors.

Kyle King (USA) and his own Kayenne Z set the early time to beat at 40.28, which eventually held for second place, only to be overcome by Conor Swail (IRL) and Clonterm Obolensky.
