Wellington, Florida, United States – March 15, 2025 – Saying that the partnership between Marilyn Little (USA) and La Contessa has been successful is definitely an understatement. The dynamic duo have steadily climbed the ladder, facing tougher courses and bigger fences throughout the past season and once again they delivered another knockout performance, finishing second in the $215,000 Horseware Ireland Grand Prix CSI 4* during the Winter Equestrian Festival’s (WEF) ‘Saturday Night Lights’ at Wellington International.

Giving their best effort, Little (USA) and her own mare La Contessa (License x Cornet’s Prinz) finished less than a second off the winning mark, completing their jump-off performance in 40.55 seconds to finish as the runners-up.

Little was also presented with the Martha Jolicoeur, Douglas Elliman Leading Lady Rider Award for her consistent performance throughout WEF week 10.
