
Ocala, United States – March 22, 2026 – Samantha Schaefer (USA) and her most faithful partner were back on the podium in the $65,000 The Dutta Corp. Grand Prix CSI 2* on the final day of competition at the Longines League of Nations™ Ocala CSIO 5* as well as the 2026 Winter Spectacular Show Series at World Equestrian Center – Ocala (WEC) in Ocala, FL.
Held Sunday, March 22, in the WEC Grand Arena, the $65,000 The Dutta Corp. Grand Prix CSI 2* saw 27 horse-rider combinations attempt to take the coveted two-star title. The course set by Colm Quinn (IRL) produced eight clear rounds representing seven different nations. An additional three riders jumped clear but incurred time faults after exceeding the 74-second time allowed.

As the final challenger, Samantha Schaefer (USA) gave it her best shot but finished shy of the leading time in 36.96 seconds riding James Bond HX towards silver honors for owner Bonne Chance.
In the end, it was Richard Vogel (GER) who prevailed aboard Cardentos, registering no penalties in 35.46 seconds.
