Ocala, Florida – June 27, 2025 – The $32,000 Juniper Grand Prix Qualifier CSI 2* was the highlight of Friday morning at World Equestrian Center – Ocala (WEC), where 29 horse-and-rider combinations representing 13 nations put forth their best efforts in hopes of taking home the win.

Eleven combinations managed to jump clear over FEI Level IV course designer Alan Wade’s (IRL) winding track, earning a spot in the jump-off. In a tibreaker in which placings were separated by mere hundredths of a second, Wilton Porter (USA) came close aboard Sleepy P Ranch BV’s 11-year-old Hanoverian gelding, Sternmarke 3 (Stakkato x Escudo I), finishing in 29.36 seconds— less than six-tenths of a second behind the winning time.
