Wellington, Florida, United States – March 27, 2025 – Kent Farrington (USA) came close to scoring another major victory on Thursday during the Rolex Finale Week at the 2025 Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF). He teamed up with Toulayna for silver honors in the $116,100 Adequan® WEF Challenge Cup Round XII CSI 5*, a qualifier for the $750,000 Rolex US Equestrian Open Grand Prix this Saturday at Wellington International.

Farrington was amongst 16 jump-off contenders, after a total of 24 jumped clear over Guilherme Jorge’s (BRA) first-round course. Among the start list contenders were six of the world’s top 10, so the American was in good company.

Kent Farrington’s (USA) and Toulayna held the lead in the jump-off since crossing the final timers in 38.75 seconds, only to be pipped by the eventual winners, Ben Maher (GBR) and Point Break.
