Chloe Reid & Crossover 4 Continue to Shine as Americans Climb onto the Podium in Kentucky

Lexington, Kentucky, USA – September 27, 2024 – Chile’s Samuel Parot (CHI) found himself atop the podium amongst two Americans, once again in the FEI Welcome on the Lugano Diamonds Split Rock Jumping Tour’s (SRJT) Fall series. 

Inclement weather moved the 1.45 contest indoors to the Alltech Arena of the Kentucky Horse Park where course designer Anderson Lima (BRA) built a 15-effort track complete with a double (vertical-over) and triple (oxer-vertical-vertical) combination.

Fives athletes would ultimately navigate the first round fault-free, with Delaney Flynn (USA) securing two entries to total six jump-off contenders.Flynn was the first of these, setting an impressive pace aboard Windsor Show Stables’ Namamia (Fantomas de Muse x Berlin), clocking a clear round in 35.56 seconds to eventually finish third.

However, Chloe Reid (USA) would follow immediately after with Crossover 4 (Cascadello x Chacco-Blue), owned by Team Reid, shaving fractions off to overtake the lead with a new time-to-beat of 34.71 seconds before finishing second.
