Lexington, Kentucky, USA – May 08, 2024 – Cathleen Driscoll (USA) and Idalgo kicked off the Kentucky Spring Horse Show in style, galloping to victory in the $31,500 Welcome Stake CSI 3* – 1.45m .

After producing a clear with Casalletto, Driscoll knew where she could take some risks and make up time with Don Stewart’s Idalgo. The duo dashed across the finish line in 61.84 seconds to take over the top spot.

Ireland’s Richie Moloney (IRL) was just a fraction behind them with Rocksy Music, clocking in at 61.87 seconds for second place.

Ashley Vogel (USA) and Ceres Van Het Moeshof turned in a quick and clear effort that broke the beam at 62.82 seconds for the third-place award.
