Karl Cook & Kalinka van’T Zorgvliet Conquer Bronze Honors in the $385,000 Bainbridge Companies Grand Prix CSI 5*

Wellington, Florida, USA – March 09, 2024 – Karl Cook (USA) and Kalinka van’T Zorgvliet put on two solid performances to conquer bronze honors in the $385,000 Bainbridge Companies Grand Prix CSI 5*  last Saturday night during the ninth week of international competition of the 2024 Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF) at Wellington International.

Despite having the disadvantage of leading off over the shortened course, U.S. Pan American Games rider Karl Cook (USA) and Kalinka van’t Zorgvliet (Thunder vd Zuuthoeve), owned by Helen Signe Ostby, were still very competitive, stopping the timers at 39.9 second for the third-place finish.

Podium: 2) Nayel Nassar (EGY) 1) Luciana Lóssio (BRA) and 3) Karl Cook (USA) atop the podium for the $385,000 Bainbridge Companies Grand Prix CSI 5*, presented by Jennifer and Richard Schechter, Chairman and CEO of the Bainbridge Companies.
